We help you with your computer problems. We fix computers that go wrong. We give advice and guidance on computer related issues.
We are available when you need us.
Either by Online Help via
Remote Assistance: more info...
Or by Personal help: We will come to you,
or you can drop your machine off and we will fix it while you work and likely
have it ready for when you return. Some issues can be addressed online
remotely. If this can be effected we will advise you and assist with the
necessary configuration of your machine. Our rate remains the same for all
types of assistance and response: $25 per hour for the first hour
and part thereof following.
If we need to travel more than ten minutes from Melville, Hamilton, there
is a once per call-out mileage flat fee of $10 added to the our $25 fee for the
first hour
rate.
Parts: We will quote before we install and discuss all the options so that you get the best deal. You don't always need a new part, frequently we can source very cheap second hand parts that are 'as new' and will do all a new and more expensive part would.
